Pa zato i jeste interesantno. I neće mu nimalo pomoći ni na ostalim slemovima, a kamoli na ovom. Stvarno, ako ikad uspe da prebrodi taj pritisak na Vimbldonu, svaka mu čast, to je ogromno breme za bilo koga.

moram da priznam da sve više mislim da pritisak nije toliko bitan faktor. setila sam se i Henmana i shvatila nešto-mogao je igrati bez svakog pritiska, Henman nije bio prospekt za osvajanje Vimbija, čak ni Kvins nije uspevao da osvoji. Marej jeste mnogo bolji igrač, a da je šampionski mentalitet, britanski pritisak mu ne bi zasmetao. njemu je dovoljan onaj jedan jedini- da je važio za toliki prospekt, verovatno najveći u generaciji, a ostao je po slemovima u rangu Monfisa. najmanje pominjan ga uveliko prešišao.

ipak, još uvek ima vremena da on sve to preokrene. samo veliki znak pitanja stoji iza toga. i sve je veći i veći.

Mislim da Murraya i Henmana ne treba nikako stavljati u isti kos... Ziveo sam neko vreme u Londonu i znam da mnogi englezi Makicu ne mogu ocima da vide... Naravno ima i onih koji ga vole, ali Henman je bio, kako bih rekao dika nacije i imao je podsrku od svih... Cinjenica je da je Murray znatno kvalitetniji igrac od potonjeg, ali mi se cini da nema pobednicki karakter... Narocito lose igra kada ga majka Dzudi gleda uzivo...

Slažem se, Henman je bio njihov mezimac, gospodin po njihovim merilima. Međutim, na gospodštinu se ne osvaja Vimbldon.

Srecom pa Endija bash briga shto ga neki ne vole. Da li je shampion tek treba da dokazhe/pokazhe. Igru svakako ima i jeste jedan od kompletnijih igracha. E sad, shto on chesto bira da ne koristi sva svoja oruzhja druga je pricha.

Chitala sam skoro da je izjavio da voli da igra kuci, opushteniji je kad mozhe da spava u svom krevetu i bude u svom okruzhenju. Tako da to shto igra pred svojom publikom ne mora da bude opterecenje, zavisi kako se ko nosi s tim. Znamo kakvi su recimo Francuzi po tom pitanju, dok Novak chini mi se bash i ne preferira da igra u Bgu (zbog sporednih uticaja).

Dodao bih i to da je Marej Skot, preciznije uz Son Konerija najpoznatiji skotski nacionalista, tako da nije cudno sto ga konzervativni, rojalisticki tradicionalisti medju Englezima ne vole

Meni se cini da je Nole Mareju potajni idol i podstrek, tj. razmislja ako moze on mogu i ja. Tako je u jednom momentu Nole imao 4-5 mastersa a on nijedan pa ga posle prestigao. Mozda tako nesto bude i sa GS, ko ce ga znati.
I ovaj niz Noleta i 7 pobeda nad Rafom i Fedom mislim da su probudile Mareja i otvorile mu oci da i on moze to isto samo ako veruje u sebe. I delom zbog toga je onako dobro igrao na sljaci i borio do kraja.
Deluje mi da je Mareju pocelo da klikce nesto u glavi i vrlo brzo ocekujem njegov iskorak. Bilo bi dobro da taj iskorak napravi vec u SF W .

The world No1 left Queen's a deflated figure two weeks ago when Jo-Wilfried Tsonga put him out in the quarters in three sets. He admitted later, "I'm mentally and physically tired. I am just looking forward to going home to rest, to play some golf, do some fishing, just to get away."

On Sunday he looked reinvigorated, engaged and ready to cause problems to players a good deal higher in the rankings than the 44th-ranked López, who, by the way, put him out of Queen's last year, before the Mallorcan went on to win at Wimbledon.
A happy Nadal is a dangerous item. He did not look thrilled in Rome but was smiling again at the end in Paris. Having shaken off the blues of Queen's, he looks in tremendous shape at just the right time and will be very hard to unseat.

They used to say Rafael Nadal could not win tournaments on grass. Even the Spaniard used to admit it himself. Having been brought up on the dusty clay courts of his home island of Majorca, Nadal never enjoyed similar success on the pristine grass of the All England Club during his formative years.

A natural baseliner, Nadal found the going tough on the quicker surfaces of SW19 and in particular against Roger Federer's more natural grass court game. But having put the disappointments of final defeats to his great rival in 2006 and 2007 behind him, top seed Nadal is the one to beat - on all surfaces.

The 25-year-old has not lost at Wimbledon since 2007. Winner in 2008 and last time out (he withdrew in 2009), Nadal says hard graft was the key to conquering his demons. "I said one thousand times that my dream always was to play well here in Wimbledon," he insisted. "That's true. At the beginning of my career everybody said that my style of game would make it very difficult to play very well here. But I worked a lot and I put all my best into every practice. The only problem with grass is if you play against a big, big server, because the game is too fast and is not nice to play and for a lot of games you don't touch the ball. But if you play against a normal player, a good serve that you can return the ball, in my opinion, the game from the baseline is fantastic to watch and is fantastic to play because you can slice, you can go to the net, you can play aggressive. If you play too defensive is impossible to play here. But you have different options to do. I love to do that."

Nadal has only seldom come to the net in previous years but believes that is one aspect of his game that can improve this time around. "On grass, the surface helps you to go a little bit more to the net," he said. That's something that is not a problem for me. I don't have the volley of Roger, for sure. But I think I'm fast and my movements are enough good to go to the net. I think I have enough experience and enough good volleys to do it."

Nadal plays his first match of the tournament against American Michael Russell on Monday. And in a stark warning to Federer, Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray, he insists he is still getting better. "I think I try my best every day to keep improving my tennis," he added. "I wake up every day in order to practice with the illusion to be better player than day before. I think I'm a more complete player than few years ago, I am sure on that. But being better doesn't mean that you going to win more. Because winning or losing depends on different facts and small things. I love to play big matches. I love to play in big stadiums like here, historic stadiums like Wimbledon. So for me, when I start playing my first match of the tournament in the Centre Court that is a dream."

Stvarno, od te 2009 i hronicnih problema sa kolenima on kako vidim nema vise taj problem. Bas cudno.

Marijanine čarobne ruke. Nemam pojma, nije ni bitno. Prestala sam da razmišljam o njegovim kolenima, izjavama, bilo čemu. Palo mi je na pamet ovih dana da će ponovo uzeti tri slema zaredom i shvatila da mi je dosta tog smora. Uz to je u svim slem finalima koje je odigrao u poslednjih godinu dana, toliko bio dominantan nad protivnicima, da nisu ni morali da ih igraju.

Nemam uopste zelju da gledam Rafin video, bezim k'o djavo od krsta. Izbegavam i da procitam bilo kakvu njegovu izjavu, jedino ako slucajno u nekom tekstu naletim na to sta ima da kaze i poruci pa vidim silom prilika. Isto vazi i za Feda.
