Motiejunas also discussed Valencia Basket's EuroLeague participation for the following season since EuroCup champion Paris Basketball will be promoted to the league.
"ALBA Berlin, Virtus Bologna, one of the two teams from Belgrade, or Valencia will have to go down to the EuroCup because Paris will be there [in the EuroLeague]. Every club has a 20 percent chance of relegation," he said. "The teams are equal for us, and it will be the partners who make a decision. Valencia has played a great regular season and is also building a new, very attractive arena. It's incredible, a great step for the club. They are doing great things."

As I said, it is a part of the business that we can improve. And the market, in that sense, is changing. And not only in Europe, but throughout the world. We are analyzing it and talking to IMG. See new ways of how to sell our product, how to get more money. And, most importantly: reach the fans so they can see us. We know we have big potential markets in France, especially Paris, and we are lucky to have a Eurocup champion there this year. We have a great new club in London, the Lions, who are in the top-4 in Eurocup too, so it's good. And we have Berlin, which is our key market, so we have to grow in these key markets so that the television rights grow together.
Right now, we are focused on Berlin, Paris and London in Europe. Germany, Great Britain and France. These are the most mature markets
