Najbolja Poljska teniserka svih vremena. Rođena u Krakovu gde i dalje živi 6. marta 1989. Trenira je otac Robet uz pomoć selektora Poljske Fed kup reprezentacije Tomaša Viktorovskog. Profesionalac je od 2005. Njena mlađa sestra Ursula je takođe profesionalna teniserka.

odlicna igracica, veoma inteligentna i brza, po meni ima strasan potencijal i vrlo malo vremena da kapitalizuje

Pre neki dan sam se provalio za Peer koja sasvim normalno igra, a ja sam imao osecaj da ne igra godinama pa se bojim sta cu napisati za Agnjesku jer bas i ne pratim WTA meceve, ali sudeci po listi sasvim joj dobro ide.

Ono sto mi je draze je da smo dobili novog clana koji je aktivan sto je sjajno u ovo vreme kad nas je jedan broj veterana napustio, a drugi se ulenjio. Svaka cast agy i samo napred.

Dosta dobar žreb za Dohu, najbolje igra u Aziji, Maloj Aziji i Bliskom Istoku, ovde je pre četiri godine igrala prvo polufinale tada Tiler I turnira. Prvo kolo slobodna, polse Pašek ili kvalifiknatkinja pa Gergeš, Janković ali polufinale opet Azarenka.
Valjda ona još uvek slavi i nastaviće tradiciju ispadanja GS šampionki u prvim mečevima na narednom turniru.

Agnieszka Radwanska wins 300th match in her career

Today, in the first round of the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships, Agnieszka Radwanska earned her 300th victory in her seventh year of turning pro. It wasn't an easy final step, as Radwanska fought harsh wind and qualifier Alexandra Wozniak's resurgence in the second and third set.

The world No.6 Radwanska cruised through the first set 6-1, but it turned out she would need two more hours to finish the match. Serving for the win at 6-5 in the second set, Radwanska was even two points away from triumph, when Wozniak crept back with her solid baseline play and after winning the second set in a tiebreak, in the third she established a 5-3 lead. Radwanska, however, rallied and won the match 6-1 6-7(6) 7-5.

Next for Radwanska is Shahar Peer, who leads their head-to-head record 3-2. However, they haven't met since 2010.

Radwanska withdraws from Kuala Lumpur with right elbow injury

Yesterday world No.5 Agnieszka Radwanska won two matches in straight sets and advanced to the quarterfinals of the BMW Malaysian Open, which was only days after her title run in Dubai, but it seems that too much play did put a pressure on the Pole's body and she handed a walkover to her quarterfinal opponent, Hsieh Su-Wei. Q. I take it you switched your coach last year. I take it that's when you started playing really well. Did he give you any special advices or something?
AGNIESZKA RADWANSKA: Yeah. I mean, I start working with Tomasz more. He was also traveling with my father, you know, for many years, as well. He's a Federation coach, Fed Cup coach, and he was also traveling with us for like since I was a junior.
But now for sure, you know, I'm just traveling with him, and it's for sure much more than before.
But my dad is also here but is like a tourist.

Q. Oh, is he here?
AGNIESZKA RADWANSKA: Yeah, he's here. But like I'm saying, he's just a tourist, you know, like watching my matches. But when I'm practicing, I'm practicing and doing everything with Tomasz. So, you know, it's good and nice just to separate those things like being a father, being a coach.
But, you know, at home I'm still practicing with my dad. So is not a really big change, to be honest. But, you know, it's working, so it's good.

Q. How does your dad find that? Does he find it difficult to keep out of things when he's at a tournament?
AGNIESZKA RADWANSKA: Oh, you know, for sure, I mean, it's a bit different situation than before. My dad was traveling with me all my life and we practice together for 17 years, almost actually 18. I'm 23 already. So it's pretty long time. It's always tough to change after, you know, those kind of times.
But, you know, I think it's working, and he's happy that, you know, I'm playing well. So I think this is the most important thing.
Of course he's here. Maybe he's gonna travel a little bit more. You know, we'll see. But first of all, for sure, I'm gonna travel with Tomasz, as well.
